1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jdb bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the jdb bet platform — including the website at jdb-bet.org, the mobile app and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players using jdb bet, including those accessing the platform from Bangladesh. If you are accessing jdb bet from a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and jdb bet accepts no liability in that regard.

jdb bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use jdb bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a jdb bet employee.
• You must not have previously had a jdb bet account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your name, date of birth, contact number and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

jdb bet may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing large withdrawals or if there is reason to suspect account misuse. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on jdb bet. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have it resolved.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your jdb bet account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account.

jdb bet accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any funds within it to another person under any circumstances.

jdb bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms or any activity that jdb bet considers harmful to the platform or other players.

4 Deposits & Payments

jdb bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods at this time. Deposits made through unsupported channels will not be credited and jdb bet cannot be held responsible for funds sent through unofficial methods.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your jdb bet account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

jdb bet does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside jdb bet's control and are your responsibility to check before depositing.

Deposits are non-reversible once confirmed. If you deposit funds in error, contact support as soon as possible. We will review the situation but cannot guarantee a refund once funds have been credited to your betting balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jdb bet are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit — bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Withdrawals to a different wallet or a different registered number may require additional verification.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 2 hours of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. During peak periods or if additional verification is required, processing may take longer. jdb bet will notify you if there is any delay.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

jdb bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The wallet number used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your jdb bet account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jdb bet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

All bonuses on jdb bet are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion — a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonuses expire after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific bonus terms for details.
• jdb bet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jdb bet — whether on sports markets, casino games, live tables or any other product — are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.

jdb bet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined.
• The odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error, data feed failure or system malfunction.
• There is clear evidence that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public (insider information).
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or in a manner that jdb bet considers to be abusive or exploitative.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or live table session, the round will be voided and your stake returned. jdb bet's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products on jdb bet. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jdb bet. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents or any other deceptive means to fund or operate a jdb bet account.
• Money laundering: Using jdb bet to process, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one jdb bet account for any purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through coordinated play, duplicate accounts or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your jdb bet account.

jdb bet actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. We will communicate with you throughout this process.

9 Responsible Gaming
